coffee and milk
Could anyone indicate if cofee and milk is 'non hazardous' (after refeeding), and would it affect the hormonal balance if re-introduced? I would like to know if anyone else on maintenance have had their afternoon latte....without paying the price! (not of the latte- ) Thanks Cheryl z |

I'd love to know as well as I was "addicted" to my lattes - pre Cohens!! On a deviation a few weeks ago I had my favorite soy latte. AND...the "good" news was that it tasted funny and wasn't as -to die for - as I thought it would be and I left most of it. I'd been on the programme for 6 weeks by that stage and was starting to enjoy a weak black, with sweetener. LBx

I don't know if it will affect hormonal balance but I do take it quite regularly now and I'm happily maintaining my weight
