Question about milk
I am sure that i have asked this before but can some one tell me the difference between being allowed to have yogurt and cheese but not being able to have milk. I am thiking it is something to do with the sugar content or something but other than that i am not sure why still. It is not that i want milk it is just that i have always wondered what is the difference. Thanks any one that can help. Annie |

Re: Question about milk
Hi Annie..
My consultant puts out a newsletter every couple of weeks.. this is what she says about milk... The reason why milk is not allowed on your Program - interferes with burning fat – it contains amino acids. Amino acids need 5 hours to be broken down. Body will burn fat quicker when there is only one protein in the stomach! Hope this answers your question |
