Re: Why exercise won't make you thin
Go ahead, McPsych, I have been away from the forum too long and hence didn't quite know where this should go. Important as it is. And well done on your weight loss. K

Re: Why exercise won't make you thin
Yes, really interesting and something I've long believed. Far too many people I know go for a morning walk with friends, or to the gym, then follow it with a cappuccino and maybe a muffin. I note that a lot of people who are slim simply move a lot. They then seem to be able to get away with eating chocolate bars, etc. A doctor I saw earlier in the year said that he walks everywhere and recommends that as an aid to losing and maintaining weight.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/ |
