Default Exciting times ahead

Hi everyone,

Just introducing myself as I am new to the forum. Im a wife n mum to two beautiful girls (2&1). I have decided to begin cohens again as my weight has been creeping on the last few years and I have become very unhappy with myself. I was successful on cohens before I had children, and know that it is something that I can do again. It was actually a time that I really enjoyed as nothing is more stimulating then seeing real results and feeling so good doing it!! My lifestyle/food choices have been pretty poor since having children and I cant wait to begin my new healthier lifestyle. Its also going to be nice to be doing something for ME again.

I am loving looking through this forum, it is really very very inspiring. I have decided to get a new program rather than redo my old one. So I am just waiting for my blood forms n stuff in the mail. This forum is a great supportive environment and I cant wait to be a part of it.

Hi Kiandra

Good on you I say.

I agree the results are so stimulating and feeling lighter is a healthy feeling.

Wish you all the best on the re-start and even now before you get the new programme through I am sure you will have the knowledge to make some right meal choices now. Keep us informed!

Welcome Kiandra,

The forum is great and so is the program. Are you going to start a diary?

I found a new program worked wonders for me after I had a bub. The old one was a struggle. So I think you made a wise choice there.

Take care

Butterfly xx

Good for you Kiandra - you'll be fine, just stick to it 100% drink all of your water, stay strong, committed and try to enjoy the ride and you will be at goal in no time at all
