I sometimes had meal 2 for breakfast, meal 1 for lunch and always meal 3 for dinner (sometimes meal 3 for breakfast, meal 2 for dinner).. I found that I was getting hungry between lunch and dinner.. Im not a big breakfast eater and having meal 2 or 3 for breakfast made me feel really full too early in the morning, so meal one (smallest out of all my meals) is good for me for breakfast..

Hi Cassie

I used to swap my meals around quite often-- if I have the time, I quite enjoy steak for breakfast!

I would think your thirstiness would just likely be a coincidence? The fact is, you are still eating the same foods, in the same quantities, just in a different order.
On saying that, I have noticed that I do get a particular feeling (a kind of dryness and particular taste) in my mouth on days when I am dropping weight. Hopefully it was one of those days for you!

I swap mine around. I work night shift so when i get up i either have meal 2 or 3 depending on how I feel and then I have meal 1 at around 530 -630 in the morning. i find it easier to sleep because the meal seems lighter.

Yoyo, it can, I think it kind of keeps your body hopping......so to speak.

Your can get pretty comfy with set meals at set times and if it gets a bit complacent then it can get too used to the routine.

When my weight loss slows slightly, I tend to swap meal 2 for 3, I mean 2 for dinner and 3 for lunch. Just gives my old body a bit of an unexpected jump start. I always stick to yoghurt for brekky though, I can't come at it for lunch or dinner.

In fact I did do it for lunch once.......and I was starving the rest of the day.

But, after all that's just me, we all have very different experiences on this program!!!
