Scales in shopping centre

Has anyone used the scales in the shopping centre? I had to do it twice cause I couldn't believe my eyes!! Omg please tell me they are accurate

Ive used them, and yea they were pretty accurate.. No scale is exactly accurate, but they are pretty close..

Well it made me 8 kilos lighter than at home omg I stood on it twice and paid $4 cause I couldn't believe it

I think the scale at shopping centre is bulls@@t! I weighed myself at my bros and it was what I am at home! Guess what freaks are going to get a call from me tomorrow?

Before you get on any scale in a place like that, check to see if there is a sticker on it to show it is calibrated. Calibration is good for one year as a rule.

Not too go for the old ego but heck................if you are sticking to plan and if your scales at home say you are losing then everything is hunkydory right!!??? Don't let yourself freak out over numbers. Just keep weighing on your own scales regularly and they will let you know how you are going. We all want to see the smaller numbers though don't we..........just human nature I guess. Keep doing what you are doing and your clothes will tell you the real story!

My clothes are so big i'm giving them away - this eating plan is fantastic and the best thing to come into my life! Loving it
