Hi MH,

If you use the search button in the top right corner you may find others who have experienced similar thing.

I wonder if you have done anything different recently eg - new vegies, changed order of meals, more or less water, crackers at different times or even too many crackers at once. Good idea to thoroughly read through your programme and see if you haven't accidentally missed something.

The other thing many be the timing of your TOM.

You might decide to ring your clinic or email them and ask. It could be something really simple.

Hope you work it out,
Shanara

Thank you! Nothing different no Tom just bloat! I tried to do a quick search but my iPhone was doing crazeee things! I only post on here when I've checked everything on my own! No need to re read the program as I live and breath it reading it again will just keep me up at night!

My doctor would prob be better in this instance.

whilst i love search functions, perhaps I am not doing it right - can't find anything on bloating! So if anyone else is experiencing this, can you please let me know?

I went through my food diary and I'm thinking it is my new friend the gem squash - damn it! I was loving it too!

I've taken a mintec so hopefully that will ease the issue. If not doctor I go

Strange things can happen on the program.

If you TOM is pretty regular it may not be that... but you've only been on the program for 2 months and things can happen.

If it hasn't been going on for too long, I'd relax a little.

I suffered serious bloating after eating some fruit that was too rich. Mangoes. And I love mangoes... but as they were close to end-of-season they were a bit too ripe (didn't taste it though) and caused me to bloat up... I couldn't do up my skirt for my bus trip home!

And like you mentioned... Gem Squash... It might be too rich for you.
