I was like that at first, it was all in my mind though...i am already further along than most of my false starts just being Deviation free for this first week.

It is a mind thing, once i knew i was definately not stopping until goal i was fine for months and months (until i deviated at my bday but that is a whole other ball of wax)

Don't give up succeeding is just getting up once more than you fall down.

Hey buzz.liar

It is tough at the start. Are you taking your multi vit and fish oil? I didnt for a few weeks and got very tired and hungry. Also, if youre having cravings a lot of ppl swear by chromium. Getting organised really worked for me the first time around, i had several meals already prepared and planned everything in advance so it was easier to stick to than not to. Eat all your crackers and fruit at the start too. When you hit your stride you wont look back - hang in there, its really worth it.

Just thought of asking if finishing 1 whole bottle of chromium (100-pcs) is enough or should i get another bottle of 100-pcs (in 200 mcg per pc) after finishing my 1st one? i still have 3 months extension to reach my goal weight.

Sorry Rio78, that was a bit abrupt. What I meant to say is that chromium is a supplement that you should continue. It helps your body regulate insulin levels and is the natural antidote to sugars (helps your body to use them)...It's a good one to continue for life. I've been on it for years due to insulin tolerance and hyperinsulaemia (too much insulin).

Wow bee I've never thought of it as a long term remedy for anything. I took it a little in the beginning first time round and not really this time, but that's really interesting about it long term.......thanks for that info.
