Default Clothes Sizes

I am still yet to start (Tomorrow is the day) And im curious as to what sizes people get down to. I know everyone is different but what was your goal weight and general size in clothing. As much as seeing the weight go down on the scales will be great motivation it would also be great knowing the sizes I may be getting into.

My goal weight is 48-51kg... Am 56.7 today. Am in size 8s mostly but do fit into some size 6s too. Size 10 would be too big all the time for me now. Started as a 14 at 74kg.

I started at 91kgs in a size 16-verging on 18 in pants, and got down to a size 10-12 @ 65kgs. I did fit into size 8 tops, but my boobs prefer to breathe a bit in a size 10 lol!! I'm now a size 12-13 @ 75kg.

I am so happy to have my body, I respect it, and always treat it with love and kindness! I honour my body for all that it is, imperfections and all. The most important lesson I have learnt from my journies with Cohens, has been to re-find self-love and respect. Staying in love and respect with myself will always ensure I remainhealthy and comfortable!

At 89kg I was a 16 (probably realistically an 18!) & at 54kg I was an 8 if lucky, often a 6 (which made shopping darn near impossible!!!)

When I was between 88kg to 93kg - I was normally a size 14/16 in pants and size 12/14 in tops.
Now at 69kg I am a size 10 in pants and size 8 to 10 in tops - generally a small and have got some size 8 skirts as well
I am 177cm so reasonably tall

Ha I guess I never feel too tall... as always wear lowish heels to work and Guy is another head higher then he - I fit in under his chin!
Hope we will have lean, tall children - then they will make great rowers!!

It depends on the clothes shop of course, at my largest........around 95kg I was a size 20, now at my smallest I generally wear a 6-8, I know my brands quite well, so at country road for example I often take a 4, always a 6 as 8's are too big.

I try to average it out, if there were such thing as a size 7, then that'd be perfect, but alas there isn't.

On other diet and lifestyle program's I'm not that small despite being not much different in weight, I was 57-58kg when I got married but a definite size 10, bit with Cohens a definite size 8 at the same weight. Go figure!!!!

Interesting you say this collie! I have the same thing - previously at this weight I was 8-10 whereas now I'm 6-8 as a result of cohens!

I can realte to that too, weighing heavier during Cohen's but fitting into old clothes better...hmmmm, could this also have to do with sizes 'changing' over time too...I bought a pair of 14's recently, and they are definately much smaller that a pair of 14's I bought several years ago (both from Kmart), I also have a size 16 skirt which fits me nicely around the waist now...I have no idea how I managed to wear it ever before lol, but it must have been very uncomfortable!

Hey there, I've just started the program at 105kg and size 18-20 bottom / size 18 tops in most things. My work pants I bought at size 20 and they were a tad loose on me before starting the program - the 18 was a little tight. At 73-75kg pre putting the weight on I was a size 14 top size 14/16 bottom depending on brand.
