Newbie to COHEN and this site (from Manila)

Hi everyone!!

I attended the info session yesterday with my mom and my sister and my sister and I signed up right away!
We are xcheduled to take the initial bloodwork tomorrow and I'm really excited!! I've been reading around the forum trying to learn more about the program and we are very excited! I just wish I get accepted in the program...

Hi there! I actually received a text message last Thursday that the eating plan is ready!! yay! so im heading there on the 18th (this coming saturday) for the briefing

Finally got my Eating Plan today!!!! And im soooo excited! my sister is getting hers this Saturday and we can't wait to start! It looks a bit overwhelming at the beginning but I'm so pumped to start!

Oooh yay! You should start a diary in the New Diaries section! No need to wait for permission in that area - just create a new thread and call it whatever you like and BAM you have you're own diary to help you on your journey

I was sooo excited when I first got mine. I picked it up and on the way home I went to the supermarket for supplies. haha. So exciting!

Detox is hard but it is so worth it!

I agree with Caz, get a diary!

Congrats Little Miss Taurus!!! It's so exciting to start something that will change your life! I'm happy you're doing this with your sister too, because having support is awesome. I'm almost done with my diet, but when my brother saw me over the holidays (we live in diff countries) he immediately signed up, and is starting now. It would have been fun to do the diet together, even if we weren't physically together.

I see you're from the Philippines. I am too, originally, but live in the US now. Do start your own diary so you can document your journey and get support as well.

I know the feeling!!! My sister picked up her eating plan yesterday and we headed straight to the mall to buy some stuff for food prep lol! We are so excited hahaha!

Wow that's great to hear! Congratulations on your journey! Yes i feel lucky that I'm able to do it together with my sister
