Hello everyone - am a new comer here , but encouraged to see all the posts ! I have been on the Cohens diet for 5 weeks now and have lost 13 kgs - I do feel great ! I took a blood test again today as per the councellors advice and i do see an increase in my uric acid levels .. worried abt this and wanted to know if anyone experienced anything similar ?

13 kgs - that's fantastic. Well done!! I don't think I've ever lost that much weight in such a small amount of time.
I lost most 7.5 in 4 weeks last time on cohens. Can't help you with uric acid levels. Maybe it will just take a bit longer for everything to balance out.
