Supplements that are permitted
I am all good with the fish oil, in that we're allowed 1000mg per day. My most current program says we can have flaxseed oil as an alternative, but my older programs don't. They however do say that we can have evening primrose oil instead. I've seen a few things round here about people taking evening primrose, so I'm interested to know what other peoples understanding of this rule is. Thanks!! |

Re: Supplements that are permitted
Little update......i was trekking through my original diary last night and its every bit as long winded as I remembered. Anyway, the point is that I am across a post about mid way through my old program about a conversation I'd had with my consultant and a new vitamin regime she put me on because of my low energy.....and low and behold, what was there was evening primrose oil, on top of the fish oil per day. So, in some ways my question is answered, but, the next one to solve is; can have it instead of, and not just as well as??
