Have to check with your clinic as it changes where you are, but i use Yoplait Yoplus. Its creamy and mild in flavour.

Vaalia contains inulin and some people react badly to it, slowing or stopping their losses.

Hiya,

Thanks for the response.

I'm reusing my old program so I probably won;t get any help from my clinic.

I'm in western Australia if that helps.

Hi D,

I read somewhere on the Forum somebody is using Vaalia. I eat Vaalia Yoghurt or Bulla as I can not stand yoghurt at all and these are the only tolerable yoghurts.

BUT

I have yoghurt once a week. I eat egg for breakfast. It keeps me fuller for longer than yoghurt.

Cheese is also too light for me for breakfast.

Hi,

I was looking for alternatives to Vaalia as I know it slows my losses down.

Cheers,

I can't seem to find Yoplait plain yoghurt anywhere? Which shops should I try besides Woolworths or Coles.

The other nice yoghurt I also use is Mundella. It is available in a big 2kg tub from Coles.

The more yoghurt I eat, the more I tend to like it.
