Any point for 3 weeks?
So unfortunately I have to do Cohens again as I haven't learned yet and put the weight back on. The only problem is I am going to America in 3 weeks for 5 weeks. Is there any point in doing the program for 3 weeks now and losing like 6 kilos or is it pointless as I will just put it back on after a couple of days of normal eating over there? Cheers, |

I suspect there is never a convenient to time start. I would say start now - lose what you can. -6 is better than nothing and if you put on you will havd less to lose when you get back

I agree, start now, even if all you do is lose a little weight that you put back on while you're on hols. At least that way you won't be starting in 8 weeks time with an even bigger load to shift.
