Default Advice needed for trip to Europe

So I'm off to Europe next week for 3 weeks. I will watch what I eat but am not thinking about Cohens whilst there. Complete honesty!!!

Do you think I should up my protein and vege content 4 days before I go just so my body doesn't go into shock with different food amounts or will it not make any difference. I think I have only about 3 times had to guess my lunch or a dinner whilst doing cohens so no major deviations. I am obviously going to make healthy choices and amounts as that is what I have learnt through this time, but don't want my body to suddenly balloon out. I am only 5 kilos from my refeed weight so would like to maintain around that for when I get back.

How have others fared with holidays and not staying on Cohens have your weights ballooned?

Thankyou

SSD

When travelling I often find it easier to lose weight than when at home due to not being in the kitchen all the time, less chance to pick etc.

Try and go for a pre-breakfast walk or visit the hotel gym. Order in moderation, share desserts, walk plenty, drink plenty of water, don't overdo the wine, stick to 3 meals a day etc.

It is doable and still enjoy the tastes of Europe.
Enjoy

When you get back, you can join Gym, Yoga. These are the best option for weight reduce without any side effects. If you want to get a special trainer in the gym and yoga, then you can visit Groupon online shopping site and also you can use Groupon coupons to get discount on health packages.

(I don't travel at all really and have never been to Europe so this may be useless info... sorry)

When I have had to eat out I read the menu very carefully and try to chose something that is as close to the foods allowed on my eating plan as possible, like I order fish and ask for it to be grilled not battered that sort of thing... and try not to finish the meal if you think it is way bigger than a normal EP amount...

I hope you have an amazing holiday!!
