I've not heard of that before. Are you drinking enough water?
I'm my week two in and my weight keeps going up and down daily..I'm worried for my weigh in. I shouldn't weigh myself so much though I don't know what else it could be for you. |

If you haven't deviated don't worry as the cause can be hormonal hence why it is not recommended to weigh more than once a month. If you do weigh regularly, you will notice a pattern over time of when you may put on weight ie around TOM where some people can gain over a kg but then lose it a week later.

Don't drink too much water, stick to about 3litres per day.
Stick with your plan and you'll be fine. |

Hi Eilzeila,
I agree with what everyone else has said. Our bodies do strange things with hormones etc, if you are not deviating from your program then you will lose weight... it is definitely best to only weigh yourself once every 4 weeks as there will be days/weeks where you will not lose weight but you should lose cms... try to do your measurements weekly - that way you can see how much you are shrinking!
