i'm now a couple of kgs away fr goal... having been craving for roasted almonds since i started on this programme... whenever i walk past the shops, i just try to satisfy my cravings by staring at the nuts for a few secs

Yes nuts after refeeding. I was hesitant initially about 4 weeks after finishing the refeeding. I made sure that they were not too high in sugars etc. So what did I want and got, dried banna chips! However my tradeoff was that they had to come from the "healthy" part of the supermarket. And yes they do taste nice.

yeah, I crave nuts. can't get enough of them. I could buy a 250g pack on a monday expecting it to last a week to find by lunchtime they were gone.
Better than pringles I guess. |

Apart from cheese (and wine of course!) I am a nut fanatic. What nuts are the best to eat post-cohens - I assume anything lower in fat or is there some other criteria?
