Clothes Therepy
Finally down to 83.1kgs!!! I might try some clothes therpy.....Try on anything,( not to buy......just need some inspiration and I'm in saving mode...otherwords broke LOL) whether ugly or not....maybe I might find out what style suits me best.... I'm 40 on Wednesday....Hippee (NOT).... Lunching with friends , I'm Having a party....but I'm going to wait till I'm finished the program, refeed and all.... Helen

Hi Helen, I don't know if that figure was a "goal" of yours (83.1) - but did you notice the BMI on your ticker has just made a huge jump ??  Maybe THAT was the goal (BMI less than 30) and, if so, WELL DONE. If not, well done anyway !! Enjoy your clothes "shopping" (I have a wife, and, to her, "shopping" doesn't just mean "buying" - I still struggle to work that out - I guess ladies just use a different language...)  Whatever, you enjoy your successes - in whatever way is best for you, Koh

Just a big happy hushpuppy  I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!
