Heyjmu01, Look i had bad cravings 2 weeks ago. I told my consultant who told me that if you are doing more in your day, the insulin level can drop and your body will crave more food. It can then in turn make the serotonin levels drop to. If you are having this craving, maybe grab yourself a glass of caffeine free coke or diet soft drink, that may help the sugar rush? I for some reason craved for sugar foods, which was strange to me as i never really ate those foods before Cohen. I was a savoury girl...ALso i have just read in here that Green Tea can help with hunger pains, so maybe try that and see if that might stop the cravings. With the boredom, go into our recipe section Hun, there are alot of great recipes there that may help you spice up your food. I hope this helped,

Hey
Try slicing up a apple if thats allowed on your plan. Put in a baggie(sandwhich bag) with a packet or 2 of splenda or sweetner your allowed, cinnamon shake it up and munch down. Or get some diet orange fanta I use sunkist but am not sure you can get it where you are at. Also try the Chromium tabs. I use them when it gets really bad. pudge |
