Default New in July

Hi there
I am new to Cohens and started my journey on July 11th this year. I am from New Zealand so am doing it remotely like so many others
Hope to find inspiration and interesting recipes here.
Am very very hungry and having dizziness
I'm sure it will pass

Thanks for all the inspiring stories and reading that others are going through the same things is helpful

See you soon
Finalfinal Countdown xx

Hi FFC ... Love abbreviations

Welcome to the forum! Set up a diary, give us a rundown and settle in!

Look forward to seeing your ticker drop

Welcome, FFC. I see you have a special occasion on 25 October. I do too, my son's wedding. I'm hoping to be finished, but accepting of whatever happens. Even if you don't meet that goal you've set, know that you will be a lot slimmer than you are now.

Detox is usually over in about three days, although you may continue to feel hungry for up to three weeks.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.
What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/
Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).
