Smile Soon To Start !

Hey,

I am hoping to start the program asap! I am going for my blood tests tomorrow morning so will the be eagerly awaiting my program!

I was going to put it off util after Christmas/New Year but figured having that mentality is exacty how I got to the weight I am at now. So no more excuses or delay I don't want to be depressed like this anymore.

I look forward to the journey and to start feeling good about myself again!

Hi Rubyton!

Congrats on making the decision to join the program! You are doing a great thing for yourself! This journey you are embarking on is a fantastic one, not only do you get a nice new slim bod, but you also get to address the reasons why you got big in the first place, and in so doing, you get to stay a slim person for the rest of your life! Awesome stuff!

The forum is the best place for info and great support!
So start yourself a diary in the diary section and head on to here to see how to get yourself a ticker, as it is great motivation to see how your weight is going down!

I am some distance from my clinic and I think it may have taken a week or 2, if your closer it may be faster. Good luck, I hope it comes quickly, I know how frustrating it is to wait

Hi Ruby

Welcome to the forum.

You have made a wise choice and if you are impatient to begin have a look at the precohens guidelines which are in a sticky in this area of the forum. I did this will I waited for the paperwork and I lost almost 5 KGS before I started officially.

This time while you wait can be put to good use and also what I found was that then the detox wasn't as bad for me - just had to get used to the less amount of food. wasn't detoxing from carbs and sugars as well. By the way I didn't stick to it religiously but did have no carbs.

Good luck on oyur journey and looking forward to getting to know you in the forum - you may want to start a diary as well.

Blessings
Shanara

Hi Shanara,

Thanks for your advice I have commenced pre Cohens as of today. How long did you do this for before commencing the actual program?

Ruby
If you look on the bottom of my signature you will see the dates and the weight loss.

Congrats on your starting your Cohens journey - because you have started today!
