Default Mango's??

Hi, I just had some mango and yoghurt for breakfast and was wondering if someone could tell me if 150gms means just the flesh only? sorry silly question I know, but it just seemed like alot compared to my apple..cheers

Hello,

Yes, the amount you are allowed is just the weight of the flesh... so you are safe to get rid of the pip and skin before you weigh.

yes - Mangos are definitely good value on Cohens

I'm not on Cohens, but sort of follow it with my Partner Nance's Big Sister.

We blitz our mango up in the yoghurt allowance for brekky with a stick blender, it's fan bloody tastic.......so much so that it is now my staple brekky

I do the same as The Captain, but I add a few ice cubes to it to make it into an icy drink!

I had Mango and yoghurt for the first time this morning and i whizzed it up with my hand held blender and it was delicious - i will definitely be having a lot of these at breakfast time too, makes a nice change from eggs....

I can't wait until tomorrow to try my mango and yoghurt mixed with my blender...funny how the smallest things can get you excited.
