newbie
I have been on cohens or 8wks now with queenstown clinic nz....this is by far the easiest diet i have ever done .....with a 5.5kg loss in the first week and then 1.6 -1.9kg there after....I have lost 16kgs so far and start my refeed in 2 wks heading for my top weight 62-65kg . ...I was concerned that i would not have any energy as ski season is well on its way but man not only cognitively am i more productive ....so am physically with loads of energy... no more feeling tired and slumps during the day no more shocking pms that i had after the birth of my 3rd child....I am so much calmer and together.....which is huge .. ...after always been fit and very active and healthy (due to an injury and pregnancy) I put on alot of weight and nothing else would take it off.... so thanks ..heaps cohens and Im sure my kids and husband thank you too.....its always a bonus being able to fit back into your pre pregnancy clothes...I made a commitment of 3 mths to get back to my weight and am nearly there ... No deviations except where sleep was concerned .....Kids were constantly sick for 9 wks ...typical winter....such a small commitment for such a huge success .... I guess you can tell how stoked I am ... so stay focused stay positive ...cause good things come to those who wait..and are patient |

Hi 2bshaw,
Wow, what a super, positive post !! If this is how you're feeling, refeed will be onto you like a shot. Certainly, being happy about how things are going all helps the program to do its very best for you. I hope you stick around, report on your progress, share your refeed experiences, and join many others on Maintenance to share those experiences too. Well done to you, and a big welcome, Koh
