Nervous Newbie....
It took me about 5 mins to figure out to start a new thread, so here's hoping it works..... Today I have my blood test done, I have emailed my forms and scheduled for clinic appointment next thursday night. (ooops just realised I forgot to pay!!! better get onto that asap! I have gone from 67ish kilos (when i felt overweight) to 91 over the last 4 years and really need to get it off. I have tried HEAPS of diets, am currently on Tony Ferguson (crazy isn't it, on one diet and about to start a new "eating plan") and I just keep on putting on weight. TF hasn't worked at all. I'm only sticking to it til I start Cohens so that I don't put on more weight (hopefully - fingers, eyes and legs crossed!) All of you have inspired me to join. The success stories and the threads in here are brilliant. I've printed off the pre cohen preparation info and am planning to incorporate that with TF - do you guys think that should be ok? With the yoghurt, I recall reading a thread last night that one of you puts 30 sweetners in a drink bottle, dilutes them in water (5ml per sweetner) and then pops 1 spoon (teaspoon or table spoon???) in the yoghurt...is this allowed? Any suggestion as to the best tasting yoghurt? Anyway I've raved enough, looking forward to chatting with you all and to great success on this program. I must succeed. If this does not work, I don't know what will. I'm not tech savvy at all, so any tips on how to jazz me up would me most welcome Thanks for reading! Ciao for now Belle |
