Tinned Flavoured Tuna??

Hi everyone,

I asked my consultant but have not yet had an answer.
Just wondering wether when we are allowed tinned tuna does it have to be plain and then flavoured yourself or can you buy flavoured tuna such as Tuna Tempters with the lemon and cracked pepper etc.

The ingrediants list seems to be ok but want's sure.

Any suggestions?

From what Ive read Im pretty sure you can only have plain in spring water or brine....
Im not near my eating plan to look at it but I think it says not flavoured.... Better to be safe than sorry, flavour it yourself......

Also, if there is lemon in it, wouldn't that count as part of your fruit allowance? And it is hard to know how much of each flavouring they are using, isn't it?

Tuna in brine or springwater.. no flavoured.
