Saggy face and neck

I've noticed my face and neck have started to go a big saggy and I still have a way to go yet.

Any recommendations for firming creams etc that work?

I'm moisturising like mad, take zinc most days, face masks twice a week......or is this just inevitable middle-age (I'm 44)?

Hmm interesting...i only get the chooky neck around this weight think it will firm up later heres hoping...no advice on the creams to use think its just the skin catching up

I have this too and I hate it! My neck is saggy and each side of my chin has got wrinkles. I cant walk around all day holding my face back at the ears lol. I sure hope your right Hexi.

I would give it some time. You lose weight so quickly on this program that your skin probably gets taken by surprise. It sounds like you are doing all you can, but time is often a great healer

I swear by Bio-Oil....my neck used to get real 'turkey like' when I lost weight but I don't have that problem anymore!

stupid question but do you take bio oil or run it in?
I have noticed an extra wrinkle or 2 appearing - grrrrr

bio oil, but from previous weight loss, the skin will catch up!

Bio Oil is something you rub into your skin.

I used it when pregnant for stretch marks. Don't know if it helped because I still had stretch marks but they might have been worse without it? It is supposed to be good for scarring etc - generally good for you. I am planning on starting to use it again leading into winter. We all need to moisturise in winter so it can't hurt I figure!
