Arrow Baked peaches with ricotta

Preheat grill on medium-high heat. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Place peaches, cut side up, on tray.
Place the ricotta, cinnamon and three-quarters of the crackers in a bowl. Stir until well combined. Spoon mixture into peach cavities. Sprinkle over remaining crispbread.
Grill peaches for 4 to 5 minutes or until sesame snaps melt.
Spoon peach halves onto plates

Lets try again...

Peaches, halved, stone removed
fresh low-fat ricotta cheese
pinch ground cinnamon
Crispbread crushed
sweetner if desired

  2. Place the ricotta, cinnamon and three-quarters of the crisbread in a bowl. Stir until well combined. Add sweetner is desired.
  3. Spoon mixture into peach cavities. Sprinkle over remaining crispbread.
  4. Grill peaches for 4 to 5 minutes or until browning.
