To refeed or not to refeed....just yet!?
I am a first time poster, long timer lurker! I have just had my 12 week blood test done, and my refeed is being ordered with it. I have lost 18kg in 12 weeks, and am currently 3kg above the top end of my goal range. Although, I have long questioned my goal range, as even when I was running triathalons and was exceptionally fit, I was 3kg above the goal Cohens has set for me. Oh, and the last 3kgs I have lost has been really slow going. I am also starving! Counting the seconds until each meal! The question is: Do I try to hang in there and see if Cohens is right....and I am actually a 69-72kg person? Or do I listen to my body and get on refeed? Advice from the Office is that as I am a size 10-12 top and a size 12 - 14 bottom (depending on brand), that I could lose a bit more. I have never been smaller than this since my teens. As I re-read this I am thinking I will probably give it another week or two... |
