Asian flavoured Seafood Balls


Recipe Description
Asian style seafood Balls 
Ingredients:
Garlic Powder
Ginger Powder
Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper
coriander
Prawns

Can use fresh herbs (Optional) 
Preparation Steps:
You will need a sharp knife and chopping board.

next step mince the crap out of the prawns make sure they are defrosted to make things easier, its good way to release frustration aswell

Place into mixing bowl, then add herbs etc and place into one and stir everything until combined then roll into bite size balls then cook until completed.

Serving suggestions....Lettuce leaves or whatever is best to your liking i wish i could have it with rice but to bad i aint allowed LOL

Depends on Allowance type 
Instructions:
Mince whole uncooked Prawns (ALLOWANCE)

Finally chop Coriander (ALLOWANCE)
Ginger and Garlic powder (ALLOWANCE)
Paprika (optional) if you want a spicey kick to your taste buds
Lemon Juice (1/2 teaspoon)

Salt & Pepper (taste)

Mix prawn mince in seasoning, herbs, lemon juice etc until combined.

should turn into a thick consistency, should not be to sticky...shape into small balls cook in oven until cooked 15min approx

Do not over cook other wise they turn out chewy...never over cook seafood

Serve with Lettuce leaves...eat them like you were eating san choi bow

i randomley just made this one night and it tasted excellent...experiment peoples make ya food interesting..i love the asian flavours..

P.S this is my first recipe i placed onto Cohen's recipe board lol if ya have any questions let us know ASAP i had to go over and over the process to make it clear for you's....hope it makes sense

thanks CT90. have to get some prawns now...by the way, youcould try having cauliflower for rice - I think you just use the tops of the flowerlets, they stay pretty firm if you dont over cook them, check some of the other recipe posts - I think that's where I saw it....
