Garlic steaks with Papaw salsa.
Prepare Salsa by combining all ingredients in a bowl. Set aside. Preheat barbecue plate or chargrill on high. Cook steak for 3-4 minutes each side, until cooked to taste. Serve with Salsa and cubed cauliflower.
