After I get my program-when can I start?
i just wanted to ask a quick question. i have just recieved my program. i recieved it on friday, i spent today getting scales and measuring equipment. i just want to know if i can start tomorrow?? i mean do i have to get in contact with my clinic first or can i just start tomorrow and let them know later on during the week. its just i need to know a few things before i start... this may sound silly but im not sure how to measure myself. so i need to learn that to put in my starting measurements. my clinic is'nt open on sundays so i'd have to wait until monday. having said that i dont know if ill be able to get an appointment on that day. so i guess my question is can i start the program tomorrow without seeing my clinic first?? thanks for your time sorry if the question was a bit silly im just soo excited to start the program but i dont want to do it wrong. |

Yay - WELL DONE on having such a positive outlook to start with! It's just going to keep getting better. Well, if you're so keen to get started, I don't see why you shouldn't. The clinic does have details of your starting weight (obviously - okay, forget I asked). We need to take our own measurements anyways, so here are the guidelines: Take your measurements at the beginning, note them down, and then take them again every four weeks. - Using a fabric tape measure, measure the following: - ARM - Measure halfway between your elbow and shoulder. - BUST - Measure around the fullest part of your bust, straight across your back. - WAIST - measure around your body at your natural waistline. - HIPS - Measure around the fullest part, usually around 18 - 23cm below your waist. - THIGHS - Stand with your feet together and measure around both thighs, with the tape measure just below your bum. - CALF - Measure the fullest part of your calf. Then do a Happy dance around the room because those measurements are going to change so quickly, your head will spin. (Optional). Okay and now sit and re-read your program from start to finish, and follow every instruction to the letter. MEASURE EVERYTHING. Make sure you drink at east 2L of water per day. Take your multivitamin. Get at least 8 hours of beauty sleep a night. Have fun...and we are so keen to share your successes. Wishing you all the best, Nam |
